Branch Lobbies Open for Full-Service June 1
Beginning June 1, Suncoast branch lobbies will be open for full-service operations with normal business hours for lobbies and drive-thru. The only lobbies that remain closed at this time are our service centers located inside of Walmart locations. Expanded service hours continue to be available via our interactive tellers (ITM). Members near our Walmart locations can continue to access teller services through the branch ITMs. SunNet Online Banking and the SunMobile app are also available.
What to Expect In Our Lobbies
Suncoast will continue to keep our members and staff safe by following CDC guidelines, including:
- Monitoring by Suncoast staff to limit the number of members allowed inside the branch at one time
- Providing staff with personal protection equipment (PPE) including sneeze guards, visor face shields and social distancing markers
- Requesting members be respectful of these precautions and be mindful of 6-foot social distancing while waiting for services, both inside and outside our service centers
We will also appreciate you wearing a mask when entering a branch lobby. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please do not seek service in a branch. You can use or drive-thrus, ITMs, ATMs or digital banking options to safely complete your transactions
Through our extensive Suncoast ATM network, the CO-OP network and access at all Publix PRESTO ATMs, Suncoast members can use tens of thousands of ATMs, surcharge free. For more convenience, our Interactive Teller (ITM) Technology offers extended hours during mornings, evenings and Saturdays at service centers with walk-up and drive thru ITMs.
