Our President and CEO, Kevin Johnson, exemplifies the growth potential that flourishes at Suncoast. He started his career at Suncoast in 1985 and worked his way up in roles with our member care center, payment services divisions, and information technology (IT) team.

Every October, we host our annual Pay It Forward Day where our employees go out into the community and make a difference. And Suncoast even offers employees paid time off to go out and give back!

Suncoast has established an Employee Resource Center which leverages the power and generosity of our Suncoast family to provide resources to fellow team members in need.  This includes access to mental health wellness, plus an in-house food bank and financial education opportunities.
