Picture an ATM that comes to life! ITMs allow you to interact with Suncoast tellers through two-way video chat directly on the screen. You get the same wonderful, caring service from our tellers in a secure and easy to use format.
The ITM experience provides:

While you’ll still interact face-to-face with Suncoast employees in our branches, our ITM technology is another option to help us serve you better.

What is an ITM?
An ITM is an Interactive Teller. Picture an ATM that comes to life! ITMs allow you to interact with Suncoast tellers through two-way video chat directly on the screen. You get the same wonderful, caring service from our tellers in a simpler, more secure way.
How do ITMs work?
Members simply touch the screen to get started. One of our tellers appears onscreen as a video conference, much like Skype or FaceTime. After that, your teller assists you with the same transactions you usually do. It’s that easy!
Where are the tellers located?
Our interactive tellers are located in the Tampa Bay area.
Why is Suncoast using ITMs?
We always want to provide our members with the very best. Our ITMs allow us to serve you more efficiently. Plus, our ITMs allow us to provide extended and weekend hours for teller services.
The hours for our walk-up and drive thru ITMs are:
7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday
Will there still be Suncoast employees working in branches with ITMs?
Absolutely! Even with the ITMs, there will always be Suncoast team members in our branches during our lobby hours (Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.) to help you. Whether you need assistance with an ITM, need to open an account or apply for a loan, Member Advocates will be present in the lobbies and offices.
Do you still have drive thru services?
Yes! Our service centers still offer drive thru services using the ITMs. Better yet, our drive thru ITMs allow you access to teller services before the service center opens, after it closes and on Saturday.
Are ITMs the same as ATMs?
No. ITMs can do many more types of transactions than ATMs. Suncoast still has ATMs available to do your simple transactions, like withdrawing some cash. The ITMs are used for transactions that require a teller.
What sort of transactions can I do with an ITM?
Most teller transactions can be done with an ITM, including cash deposits, withdrawals, share-to-share transfers, loan payments and check deposits. Member Advocates are ready to help you with transactions that aren’t done on the ITM, like money orders, cash advances and cashing savings bonds.
What are the benefits of using an ITM?
ITMs help us provide you with more efficient service and eliminate the need for filling out deposit slips. Best of all, our ITMs let us provide extended and weekend hours for teller services!

Where are extended hours for teller services available?
Extended hours are available at our walk-up and drive thru ITMs at select service centers. A current list is available at the top of the page.
Are ITMs replacing Suncoast employees?
No, when you use a Suncoast ITM, you are served by one of our Suncoast team members. They work remotely from a centralized location, but you can see them and talk to them onscreen just as you would in-person. And there are still Member Advocates on the floor, ready to assist you when needed.
Will I need to complete a deposit slip for an ITM transaction?
No, deposit slips are not needed with interactive teller transactions. It’s one of the ways ITMs save you time!
Are the interactive tellers multilingual?
Yes! You can choose your preferred language — English or Spanish — prior to starting your session with an interactive teller.
Will the same teller handle my transaction / Can I choose my teller?
You may not always get the same teller. Instead, the next available interactive teller will be able to assist you. This helps to shorten wait times so you can get your transactions done and get on with your day!
