Suncoast offers Payment Protection policies that can help you make your monthly loan payments if you become disabled due to injury or illness. Payment Protection offers coverage until you are no longer disabled or payoff your loan balance in full up to the policy maximum in the event of death. Payment Protection, provides:
- Credit Life insurance for up to $30,000 or your loan balance, whichever is less; this can be added to the loan payment.
- Credit Disability insurance to protect against disability of the insured borrower. The benefit will make the payment amount up to $600 per month, per loan, during the disability period.

Suncoast provides several easy ways to pay your loans each month. Whether you prefer paying online, by mobile, by mail or in person, we’ve got the option for you.
Track, view, and pay your loans from your Suncoast account with SunNet Online Banking. Please call our Member Care Center to receive a temporary pin number to then enter your account number (listed on your membership card), create a password, and get started!
Download our app, SunMobile, using your Apple iOS or Android device. Access and pay your loans from your Suncoast account when you’re on the go or away from the computer. Please see “Pay Online” option above, as you must sign in to your account through our website prior to accessing the mobile app.
ACH Automatic Payments
Set up automatic payments so you’ll know your payments are made on time every month. You choose the amount and the withdrawal date from your institution, and your payments will be made automatically for you.
*There is a .25% rate discount for setting up automatic payments from your Suncoast account.
Making loan payments by payroll deduction is an easy way to pay your loan at the same time your payroll is deposited.
