    Great question! Our goal is to make sure that members and potential members are always getting the very best web experience possible. Based on the way that our members interact with our website, we know which areas of the site are visited the most. The new homepage design streamlines the experience so that our most popular actions like logging in or opening an account are even easier to access.

    Nope! Nothing about the actual log in process has changed. Your member number is the same, your password is the same. The only difference is where you find the log in button, which is now to the right on the top of the page.

    No, the rest of our website has not changed. However, we always keep an eye on our members’ needs, so additional web updates could happen over time as those needs evolve in the future. We will keep you updated!

    Accessibility is the main feature of the new homepage. Popular actions like logging in or opening an account are even easier to find. Navigating to other areas of the website is now easier as well. Basically, we made it simpler to do what you need to do and find what you need to find!

    If you’re ready to join Suncoast, welcome! Instead of a “Join Now” button, our new page has an “Open an Account” button on the upper-right side of the page. As you follow the steps to open your account, you’ll also become a Suncoast member!

    SunMoney Sunsets July 12th

    Our SunMoney budgeting tool is sunsetting. Starting July 12th this tool will stop being available, as the technology is no longer supported. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    If you have any budget data you would like to keep, please log in and export it by July 12th. After that date, SunMoney will no longer be available. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions below to learn more about SunMoney’s departure.

    SunMoney is a complimentary budgeting tool made available to all Suncoast members enrolled in online banking. Members had to have voluntarily opted in to SunMoney to participate and use the tool. SunMoney can be accessed through online banking through SunNet or SunMobile until July 12, 2022.

    The platform SunMoney is hosted on is no longer being supported after July 12th by the partner Suncoast worked with to offer this service. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Because Suncoast understands how important it is for all members to have access to tools to create a balanced and healthy financial life, an alternative service called Insights is currently in the works to offer insightful information to members. While not a budgeting tool like SunMoney, Insights provides a wealth of information to help you manage your financial life in real-time by helping you understand your spending habits and financial behaviors. And the best part is, there's no need to enroll. All members with checking or money market accounts at Suncoast will automatically receive lnsights, so there is no enrollment required to enjoy this new service once it becomes available.

    While it may be disappointing to see SunMoney go away after July 12th, we want you to know a new service is currently in the works to provide you with insightful information about your spending habits and financial life, called Insights.

    While not a budgeting tool like SunMoney, Insights provides a wealth of information to help you manage your financial life in real-time by helping you understand your spending habits and financial behaviors. And the best part is, there's no need to enroll. All members with checking or money market accounts at Suncoast will automatically receive lnsights, so there is no enrollment required to enjoy this new service once it becomes available.

    You'll be in the know about when this service is available to members, with more information arriving later this summer when Insights launches.

    SunMoney will continue to function normally until July 12, 2022. Until then, you can easily export your saved information on the SunMoney platform by selecting the export option towards the top of the SunMoney page within SunNet. You can then save the exported file to your device.

    Your information within SunMoney (not to be confused with SunNet, which is the name of Suncoast’s online banking experience) will not be accessible after July 12, 2022, so please export and save your information from SunMoney before then.

    A member advocate can access and provide your SunMoney information up until the official sunset date for SunMoney, July 12th. After that, your information within the budgeting tool will no longer be accessible.

    Unfortunately, the information you have saved in the SunMoney budgeting tool will not be accessible to you as a member after July 12, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create; however, the tool is no longer being supported after this sunset date. You can download your information by selecting export within the SunMoney tool up until July 11, 2022, at 11:59 PM.

    If you are using SunMoney in a creative way, like monitoring account activity through automated notifications from within the tool, that functionality will go away July 12, 2022. However, Suncoast does offer notification services for all your accounts, available by selecting My Profile > Manage Alert Settings in SunNet or SunMobile.

    It is easier than ever to open a selection of accounts and apply for many of your lending needs, in one convenient location. We've taken the guess work out of where to learn more and applying for the products you're looking for.

    You'll be able to open a selection of checking and savings accounts, as well as share certificates. You'll also be able to apply for a variety of loan options from an auto loan to a personal line of credit. Whatever your savings or lending needs are, be sure to check out our new Open and Apply feature to see what's best for you. It is easily available from our homepage, the top navigation bar of the site, SunNet and SunMobile, at all times.

    Of course! You can always visit a branch or call our Member Care Center to open an account or apply for loans. You’ll even be able to do these same actions in all the usual places on our website. The new Open and Apply option is just another option for people who prefer the convenience of knowing they can go to one spot to find what they need and get started right away.

    When you go to apply or open an account, you will get the product features and the information you need to know. So it’s not necessary to visit other pages on our site unless you want to!

    Most of our products will be available, but not all. However, we continually make updates based on your needs!
